4Peaks is an application, which helps molecular biologists to visualize and edit their DNA sequence files. With 4Peaks you can analyze trace files on the Mac OS X platform. The application also supports most commonly used sequence file formats out of the box, so you no longer have to convert them first using AppleScripts.

- Reading and writing of most common trace file formats, including ABI, SCF, CTR, ALF and ZTR.
- Direct access to both sequence and translation. Ability to edit and correct the sequence. Keep interesting parts only, or export your data as text or FASTA files.
