That being said, the application is not very configurable and although it does have an excellent selection of features and a good help section, the lack of these options lets Nitro Pro down somewhat.

It installs as a printer driver and helps you generate the PDF files by simply selecting the "print" command from any supported application. doPDF is a great solution for almost all applications that can print; you can convert your Word documents, Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, AutoCad drawings, emails or web pages. The resulted PDF files can be viewed on any computer with a PDF reader installed. doPDF has a lot of features that allows you to modify the paper size, modify the resolution (from 72 to 2400 dpi), change page orientation, change the quality settings, and embed font subsets. Key features include: Predefined page size. PDF output presets. Automatic updates. Graphic scale. Microsoft Office support. PDF Links and Bookmarks (Office only). Embed font subsets. doPDF is a simple to use application that has great features. The downside is that you cannot generate encrypted PDF documents, apart from that, it is great at what it does.

Nitro PDF Reader has an intuitive user interface with Microsoft Office-style Ribbon frame. The application has a good range of powerful features, which exceed those found in a standard PDF reader. Key features include: Image and text extraction support. Print to PDF. Drag and Drop support. Full-featured PDF creation. Create from over 300 formats. Slick user interface. Nitro PDF Reader has lots of good features, such as annotation tools, image and text extractors and a PDF conversion tool. Overall, Nitro PDF Reader is a great application that covers all the bases in the PDF field. You can create PDFs from nearly any Windows application. You can also convert any printable files to PDF from source, or within Nitro PDF Reader, and it comes with a virtual print driver, which lets you print directly from your favorite applications.

USB Network Gate
USB Network Gate enables you to share any USB device among multiple computers, perfect if you need to print, scan or fax from any computer. There is the option to add a password so that you can control remote access too. As well as sharing USB peripherals, USB Network Gate also allows you to connect a USB device to virtual machine software or blade servers. This is a great feature because it means you can quickly and easily access your USB devices from a remote virtual desktop. It's compatible with VMware, VMware ESX, Citrix XenDesktop and Microsoft Hyper-V. USB Network Gate is the ideal choice if you need to share a USB device in the office. Rather than changing existing network configurations, you can simply share an USB printer, scanner or other device on a single PC and then it can be accessed wirelessly from other desktops or laptops in the office. USB Network Gate is probably more suited to a business environment, ideal if you are a network administrator. The interface lacks a little luster but that probably won't matter to a network pro.
