gnuplot
Gnuplot is a portable command-line driven graphing utility for Windows, Linux, OS/2, OSX, VMS, and many other platforms. Gnuplot is able to generate both 2D and 3D plots; delivering the results in animated views. You can also save the graphs to a variety of image formats, including PNG, SVG, JPEG and EPS. Supported outputs include: Interactive screen display: cross-platform (Qt, wxWidgets, x11) or system-specific (MS Windows, OS/2). Direct output to file: postscript (including eps), pdf, png, gif, jpeg, LaTeX, metafont, emf, svg.. Web display formats: HTML5, svg. Gnuplot was originally created to allow scientists and students to visualize mathematical functions and data interactively, but it has grown to support many non-interactive uses such as web scripting. It is also used as a plotting engine by third-party applications such as Octave.

Path Scanner
Path Scanner scans specified file system paths and shows you which are too long or are dangerously close to length 255 characters. The app generates a list of paths with certain lengths. After the scan you can export the list to CSV, which can be then be opened in Microsoft Excel or another CSV reader. Path Scanner is a powerful and fast file scanner that will help you identify long file paths on your computer or server. The app supports UNC file paths. It uses Microsoft Framework 2.0 and can be run on all systems above Windows XP. Path Scanner has multiple functions. As the app can be only executed through Windows' Command Prompt utility, you need to have medium to advanced PC skills to understand and therefore benefit from its capabilities. Overall, Path Scanner is a great help for administrators or those who need help in identifying long file paths on a PC or server. As the app does not feature a GUI and its functions are technical, it does make it difficult for novice users to access all the features though.

Code::Blocks for Mac is a free C, C++ and Fortran IDE that has a custom build system and optional Make support. The application has been designed to be very extensible and fully configurable. Code::Blocks is an IDE packed full of all the features you will need. It has a consistent look, feel and operation across its supported platforms. It has been built around a plugin framework, therefore Code::Blocks can be extended with plugins. Support for any kind of functionality can be added by installing/coding a plugin. Nimbuzz!
Nimbuzz! is a free call and messaging client available for PC, Mac, mobile phones and tablets. Nimbuzz to Nimbuzz conversations are free; land line, mobile and international numbers can be called at low rates. But Nimbuzz is more than making phone calls. You can instant message one-to-one with close friends or join chat rooms for multi-people conversations. If you want to go even more public, Nimbuzz sends your messages to your Twitter profile. Adding new contacts is easy: Import them from your instant messaging accounts and social networks such as Google Talk, Yahoo, Windows Live and Facebook as well as SIP/VoIP providers. Nimbuzz also lets you share photos, videos and music with your friends, and play games together. To personalize your profile, the messenger includes a range of avatars from several categories, e.g. animals, cartoon and love but you can add your own picture, too. Nimbuzz! does have some good features such as it works with most chat protocols, it has a VoIP function and it is easy to set up and use. Nimbuzz! is lightweight and uses minimal resources. The downside is that it doesn't support all protocols and some of the call connection features sometimes fail.
