Mandiri is an online banking app that allows you to pay bills, transfer funds, and make purchases. You’ll have to create a PT bank account to start using it. Although it has a great interface, this is, by far, one of the worst-performing apps in its class.
One of the main problems with Mandiri Online is the failure to load. Everything is smooth and easy up until you’ve entered your card information, then you wait for the time by a couple of seconds.
Stores info unnecessarily
This app stores a bunch of random data on your local drive that it almost triples the file size. You need to clear it and restart the app to log back in. As you rack up transactions, it will put more data in your storage.
Even if it does decide to work; the performance isn’t anything to write home about. There’s only one server, and the connection to it is unsteady. Make sure you have stable wifi or risk being charged for incomplete transactions.
Mandiri and its services are not global. It’s exclusive to a small region in Southeast Asia. This thing offers are nothing more than what your regular banking software already does. Save yourself some time and sanity by avoiding this app.
