Lords Mobile is a free to play strategy game for Android with over 200 million players. The title focuses on building your kingdom and growing an army to battle other players and NPCs. The game is fun to play, featuring gameplay that utilizes many strategic and tactical elements as well as a city-building mechanic, in the vein as that of Clash of Clans.
Build a kingdom
The main premise of Lords Mobile is building your kingdom to gain resources. Upgrading buildings selectively and prioritising your needs is key to developing a mighty empire. Researching structures and specialisations allows you to play in a defensive or offensive style.
Lords Mobile has four various troop types that you can organise into six different formations. The only way to win is through proper planning of your lineup and taking advantage of the game’s counter system. Perfecting your tactics and selecting the right hero for your troops will take you to the top of the leaderboards.
Create a team of Heroes
Along with army units and buildings, you can collect heroes to use in battle. You can select up to five champions to lead your troops and apply a variety of bonuses to the legion while in combat. There are over 40 different heroes to collect and use in battle, including Black Crow and Night Raven. You can find champions and units of your favourite fantasy creatures such as dwarves and mermaids.
Join other Players
You can join an alliance, grouping up with other Lords Mobile players, and strengthening your kingdom. You’re also able to take part in Guild Wars, Kingdom vs Kingdom battles, Wonder Wars, Battle Royals, and many others. The best part is creating an alliance with strangers, family members, and friends.
The game is global with over 200 million players, making it almost impossible never to encounter a new enemy in the form of other players across the world. As you upgrade buildings and diversify your hero lineup, the opponents you face will increase in difficulty.
Lords Mobile displays battles with full animations that are fun to watch and require a strategy to win. The premise is similar to both Clash of Clans and Clash of Kings but differs slightly in gameplay and design. The title needs an Android emulator like Bluestacks to download on a laptop or PC, letting you join the fun with your mobile friends.
