A great Canadian travelling app
ArriveCAN (Arrive Canada) is a free app used by travellers with limited exceptions entering Canada by plane, car, bus, train, or boat (Marine Vessel). CBSA-ASFC developed the app with the intent to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Canada. Travellers must use the app to provide all contact information, proof of vaccination, and quarantine information.
Other travel apps like Trip Advisor and ZAO provide users with trip information, travel arrangements, and additional information like weather, maps, etc. So far, ArriveCAN is the only official Canadian app of its kind. You can use ArriveCAN to avoid any unnecessary contact when arriving in Canada.
How to use ArriveCAN
Make sure that you download the correct app and avoid using fraudulent apps pretending to be ArriveCan and asking for any form of payment. ArriveCAN is the official Canadian Government platform used to provide information before entering Canada when travelling.
