Miro 0.9.9.1a Beta

For users (most commonly using Swedish editions of Windows XP) who have had startup problems on Windows - we have a build posted to fixed that problem.

* Please download this build: Miro 0.9.9.1a .
* Remove this directory: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Participatory Culture Foundation.
* Install and everything should be fine.
