Fixed the following bugs
- java classes_swing WinLAF:Text appears enabled in disabled toggle button.
- java classes_swing REGRESSION: XP L&F: on jdk 1.6, preferred size of JToggleButton in JToolbar on winxp is wrong.
- java classes_swing REGRESSION: Background of JToolBar can't be modified under XP look and feel
